Delete Your Account
How to permanently remove your Trading Recorder Pro account and everything in it.

Deleting your account is permanent. Your account and every trade you have logged are removed from our servers immediately and cannot be recovered — not by you, and not by us. Export anything you want to keep before you start.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app
This is the fastest route and takes effect straight away.
1. Open Trading Recorder Pro and sign in.
2. Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner.
3. Choose Delete Account.
4. Enter your password to confirm, then tap Delete forever.
Option 2 — Ask us to delete it
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address your account is registered under:
contactus@bouncingballcreations.com
Put “Account deletion request” in the subject line. We ask that you write from the registered address because that is how we confirm the request is really coming from you. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and reply to confirm once it is done.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account is removed permanently:
— Your account details: first name, last name, email address, and password hash.
— Every trade you have logged, including prices, dates, quantities, fees, and notes.
— Your saved sessions and any device sign-ins.
— Your subscription record on our servers.
What we keep, and why
We retain nothing about you after deletion except where the law requires it — for example, records of a financial transaction that we are obliged to keep for tax or accounting purposes. Anything retained for that reason is kept only for as long as required and is never used for any other purpose.
Note that Google Play keeps its own record of any purchase. That record belongs to Google, not to us, and is governed by Google's privacy policy.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, not by us, so removing your account here will not stop Google charging you. Cancel separately in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or manage your subscriptions here.
