3. Game App Disclaimer

Our game application(s) are provided for entertainment purposes only. The Game App:

• Does not involve real money, wagering, or gambling of any kind unless explicitly disclosed and compliant with applicable law.
• Any in-app virtual currency, points, or rewards have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Game outcomes are not indicative of real-world skill, intelligence, or financial ability.

If the Game App contains in-app purchases, those purchases are for virtual items only. All such purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

4. Payment Processing

All purchases made through Bouncing Ball Creations are processed by trusted third-party payment providers:

• Stripe, Inc. — All credit/debit card transactions are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card data is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
• Apple Pay — Processed through Apple's secure payment infrastructure, subject to Apple's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Bouncing Ball Creations does not have access to your full payment card number, CVV, or bank account details at any time. We only receive confirmation of payment and, where applicable, the last four digits of your card for reference.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@bouncingballcreations.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Subscription Billing
